I'm a product designer based in Brooklyn, NY.
Over the years, my design approach has been honed through extensive exposure to crafts, living in different cultures, and working directly with artisans in various parts of the world. My training in Industrial Design helps in my pursuit to fuse traditional craft techniques with industrial manufacturing technology. The results, hopefully, will bring about objects that are contemporary yet more rooted in nature and folk culture, while offering an alternative to mainstream mass-produced artifacts.
